I Needed to Multiply Myself to Be Myself
I was running a commercial real estate consultancy, serving clients, carrying board responsibilities, managing relationships, following up on opportunities, and handling the administrative work that comes with all of it. Too much still depended on me.
I needed more capacity around me and more capability in the business so I could spend more of my time being the Founder and CEO.
AI Aunties brought in Human First Automations, and the team started with a comprehensive discovery session. They studied how I actually work inside my commercial real estate consultancy: how I manage clients, leads, files, follow-up, documents, meetings, next actions, and the administrative work that kept coming back to me.
Then they built around me.
More than 60,000 files were organized into searchable business knowledge that I can access by voice. Work Systems were built around ClickUp to support demand generation, leads, follow-up, meetings, and next actions. Jay, my digital assistant, can reach out to people, help schedule meetings, and handle administrative work that once required my attention.
AI Aunties also brought Renee, Commercial Real Estate Advisor, into the business. Renee gives me senior CRE advisory capability on demand: market and property analysis, comparisons, lease economics, recommendations, tour strategy, follow-up analysis, and client-ready reports.
Today, I run my life, my business, and my board activities from my phone. The Work Systems gave me capacity. Renee gave me capability. Together, they gave me more room to lead, build relationships, serve my clients, and be the Founder and CEO.

21 Days to Move 75% of the Tickets
I had 21 days to move 75% of the tickets for a Gregory Porter concert.
Tickets were moving unusually slowly for an award-winning artist with a loyal audience. We needed to understand what would make people stop scrolling, connect with Gregory Porter, and decide they needed to be in that room.
AI Aunties used our proprietary sentiment analysis to shape the storytelling. We created a massive Gregory Porter artist dossier, then ran the stories through three levels of certification to make sure what we were using was true. Then Maxine, Marketing Director, went to work.
Maxine is calibrated to my voice, taste, and approach to cultural storytelling. Together, we curated the stories that could move the box office: the history behind Gregory Porter’s hat, the football career that almost was, his years in the kitchen, the influence of his mother, jazz culture, the history surrounding the concert, and the moments that gave fans something new to discover about an artist they already loved.
The stories created conversation. People commented. They shared. They tagged friends. They started telling other people why they should go. The concert sold out.
The next night, an award-winning producer called me from the gala. People sitting beside him told him they had seen the social content and decided to drive down for the concert.

When the Founder Cannot Be in Every Room
For years, one leader had carried much of the organization’s story, language, relationships, and ability to make the ask. That created a real growth constraint.
The organization had strong Board members, deep relationships, and years of institutional knowledge, but too much of the ability to explain the work, connect it to the right people, and open doors still lived in one person.
AI Aunties went deep into the organization’s speeches, interviews, strategic materials, stakeholder language, history, and lived experience. We identified and codified the IP embedded in the leader’s language, relationships, fundraising narratives, values, and institutional memory. Then we structured that IP so it could be carried forward without losing the meaning behind it.
The next step was transmission.
Board members were equipped to connect the organization’s language to their own stories, networks, and relationships so they could carry the mission credibly into more rooms. The goal was to move from one primary messenger to a broader group of leaders capable of becoming relationship accelerators for the organization.
The work turned founder-held knowledge into institutional capability.
The Get
Codified IP became a relationship accelerator.More people could carry the story. More relationships could be activated. More funding opportunities, projects, and brand awareness could be created without everything depending on one voice.
Some voices and messages need protecting. If the institution can’t carry what the leader knows, it cannot outlast them. AI Aunties: That’s how we do what we do.
